Weight Watchers often hears from its meeting leaders, members and online subscribers that in addition to improving their health, people want to lose weight in order to look their
best, feel more comfortable in their clothes and to look better in photos.
"As people lose weight, they gain a new self confidence and are more adventurous in making fashion choices," said
Cheryl Callan, Weight Watchers chief marketing officer, in a statement. "People who experience successful weight loss begin to have more fun getting dressed every day and are often inspired to
continue losing weight and being healthy."
As a well-known authority on fashion, Gunn, author of The New York Times bestseller Gunn's Golden Rules: Life's Little Lessons for Making
It Work, is providing his expert tips to help women and men realize that looking good each and every day is within reach no matter what size or stage of weight loss.
"Nothing makes me happier
than providing guidance and tips to help people look great as they lose weight and get healthier," said Gunn, in a statement. "If getting fashion right were easy, everyone would look fabulous, but it
can be challenging."
