SapientNitro Acquires DAD, Gains 'Proprietary' Measurement

SapientNitro this morning announced the acquisition of London-based independent digital and direct marketing agency DAD for about $41.5 million in cash plus additional incentives. SapientNitro said that DAD, which has a staff of about 200 people, "bring a proprietary measurement framework and process" to its portfolio.
