Stonyfield has launched YoKids Greek yogurt, and announced tie-ins with "Dr. Seuss' The Lorax," a 3D CG movie from Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment to be released March 2.

YoKids Greek, billed as the first organic Greek yogurt designed specifically to please kids' "choosy palates" (mild taste and no "puckering tang"), comes in two flavors: raspberry and strawberry. Four-packs have a suggested retail of $2.89.

The Greek line joins Stonyfield's existing kids' organic yogurt lines, including YoKids lowfat organic and YoKids Squeezes.

On the Lorax movie front, kids can visit YoKidsYogurt.com to enage with the movie's characters, read tips about taking care of the planet, and play a movie-themed game. Parents can sign up for their families to receive coupons, seed packets and enter a sweeps that offers prizes of a private screening of the film and a community garden.

YoKids is also launching its own Facebook page, which will kick off by offering a sweeps to win coupons and grand prizes of up to $2,000 worth of organic groceries. The Facebook page, featuring information about "organic, kid-centric topics" and healthy lunch ideas, joins the company's existing Stonyfield and YoBaby Facebook pages.
