Madison Square Garden celebrate the Garden's 132 year history as part of the building's renovation. The “Memorable Moments Every Day” effort comprises a visual retrospective focused on the top 20 “Defining Moments” in Garden history with special exhibits starting this fall, in which the Garden goes into its second phase of reconstructive surgery.
MSG says the exhibition will be on the 6th floor Madison Concourse, which got a passel of new retail stores, restrooms and high-end food venues. The retrospective will take up the circumference of the Arena on that floor with 366 sports, music, entertainment and political shots.

The 20 “Defining Moments” will be commemorated on the Madison Concourse and Garden Concourse (8th Floor) through special exhibits that will feature photos, memorabilia and additional artifacts, representing each. The organization will crowd source which 20 moments will be showcased via www.facebook.com/madisonsquaregarden, where people can vote for their own top five moments. Prizes are offered as an incentive, including autographed memorabilia, tickets to events at The Garden, and one grand prize winner will receive a pair of actual seats from The Garden courtesy of MSG-Steiner Collectibles and a roundtrip flight on Delta Air Lines with tickets to the event of their choice at The Garden.
The organization says the second phase of the three-year Transformation includes providing city views in select areas, more restrooms and retail, and new first-class food and beverage offering, including MSG Signature Collection’s exclusive food items from leading chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Andrew Carmellini, restaurateur Drew Nieporent and Aquagrill’s chef and owner Jeremy Marshall.
