Sears Holdings says it is offering ship-to-home lay-away, starting Nov. 7. And while the company has already done away with lay-away fees at its Kmart stores, it says it will now eliminate them at Sears, both in stores and online, as well.  "Our exclusive online layaway ship-to-home delivery service provides a convenient alternative to customers who prefer to make their layaway purchases from the privacy of their own home," the company says in its release. Shipping costs start at $5.95, and home delivery starts at $69.99.
