News Corp. TV production firm Shine Group has promoted Tim Robinson to the role of COO. Previously, he was COO of Shine Australia, says The Hollywood Reporter. He will relocate to London in early 2013. He reports to CEO Alex Mahon, who was COO until now-chairman Elisabeth Murdoch, the daughter of News Corp. chairman Rupert Murdoch, elevated her this summer.
