Trent Reznor has partnered with Beats Electronics to introduce a new streaming music service known as Daisy to compete with digital music service Spotify. Expected to launch in 2013, the
new music service will be based upon a technology platform built by Beats subsidiary MOG. Speaking to The New Yorker, Reznor said: "Here's 16 million licensed pieces of music,' they've said, but
you're not stumbling into anything. What's missing is a service that adds a layer of intelligent curation."
