The Australian radio show involved in the prank call to the Duchess of Cambridge's hospital last month has been cancelled by 2Day FM. The Hot 30 programme was taken off the air in
December following the death of nurse Jacintha Saldanha, who
forwarded the show's call to Kate Middleton's room at the King Edward VII hospital in London. Hosts Michael Christian and Mel
Greig pretended to be the Queen and Prince Charles in the prank call, and were able to gain personal information from the nurse caring for Middleton while she suffered from severe morning
sickness.
