Keller Fay Hires 2 Execs

The Keller Fay Group, a research and consulting company specializing in word-of-mouth marketing, has hired Tommy Crawford as vice president of New Business Development and Matt Phillips as account director. Previously, Crawford was vice president of global sales and services with ABI Research and vice president of Eastern Region Sales with Jupiter Research (later Forrester Research). Prior to joining Keller Fay, Phillips was a Consulting Analyst with NM Incite.
