Trefis recently upgraded its price estimate for AOL from $34 to $42 “based on the company’s continued strong growth in advertising revenues.”
Trefis highlights AOL’s position in the programmatic marketplace as one reason it upped the price estimate, writing, “We believe that RTB will be a key growth driver for AOL.” The post continues, “We think AOL is well positioned to capture a bigger chunk of RTB spending in the future by leveraging its demand-side platform (DSP) and supply-side platform (SSP) platform for both video and static display ads.”
