Starmark International has added Seisint Decision Services Inc. (SDS) to its B2B client roster. Starmark has been tapped to provide fully integrated marketing services, including advertising, public
relations, and marketing, in support of Securint, a new online screening product developed by SDS. Spending was not revealed.
