Datalogix this week announced that Breyer Capital has made a “significant” investment in the company. Subsequently, Breyer Capital’s founder and manager Jim Breyer has joined the Datalogix board of directors.

Datalogix connects digital advertising to in-store sales. Breyer stated he invested in the company because he believes its platform is the best at doing so.

“Connecting advertising directly to in-store product sales is the holy grail for marketers,” he stated.

Breyer is currently on the boards of Etsy, 21st Century Fox and Harvard Corporation, among others.

Datalogix declined to share specifics with regard to how much Breyer invested.
