ClickZ on Wednesday posted a commentary piece written by Ben Plomion, VP of marketing at Chango, saying that programmatic media-buying is “finally [proving] the ROI of social media investment.”
Plomion argued that success on social should not be measured by click-rates and should instead be measured by ROI.
“Chief marketing officers and chief financial officers need to understand that earned social media and paid media are no longer separate,” he asserted.
