Mobile operator Three has called a review of its direct marketing business held by Omnicom's TBCH since 2006. AAR is running the review, and the successful agency will focus on direct-response
marketing to both attract new customers and sell additional products to Three's eight million customers. TBCH is not involved in the process and is now reported to be on the verge of being folded into
Omnicom's Rapp agency. No redundancies are expected.
