Buzzstarter, a programmatic content marketing platform, was one of 11 startup companies selected to take part in Disney Accelerator, a 15-week mentorship and investment program offered by The Walt Disney Company and powered by Techstars.

As one of the 11 companies in the program, Buzzstarter will receive up to $120,000 in investment capital for developmental purposes. The program will conclude in October, at which time the 11 companies make their pitches to industry leaders, Disney execs and the entrepreneurial community, per a release.

According to Buzzstarter’s Web site, its clients include Dove, Axe, Degree, Ustream and others. The company is headquartered in San Francisco and was founded in 2013.
