The Independent is going native with the launch of a Buzzfeed-style i100 site which also allows logged-in users to 'upvote' stories to decide their prominence on the home page. Setting up a profile
offers the paper new data capture opportunities and native will be a regular part of the home page. The launch advertiser, from now until the end of the year, is First Direct. The site, like Buzzfeed
offers articles based around lists of interesting facts on a topic of the day.
