Networking landed him this position. A former colleague recommended him to the agency and he had always wanted to move into customer engagement, which he believes is not just customer-centricity, but how to connect that to providing value to the brand. "I’ve been passionate about linking marketing strategy to execution for more than 15 years, and Rosetta is an industry leader at that, making it a natural fit for me to join the agency," he says.
Now, Libenson has high expectations for the agency's consulting practice. "Rosetta has been recognized as the #2 customer engagement agency in the world," says Libenson. "If you count agencies that have an in-house consultancy, Rosetta is #1. We want to be universally seen as #1, and my main focus and challenge is to help move us more in that direction through growth and global expansion.”
