Quillin Taps Speciale For Media/ Biz Dev Role

Media-buying veteran Michael Speciale has joined Las Vegas-based Quillin Advertising, Public Relations and Social Media’s buying and planning team. He will also contribute to the shop’s business development according to the agency. 

Speciale, who has spent 30-plus years in the advertising business, retired last year after an eight-year stint as media director at Blain Warren Advertising, which is also in Las Vegas. 

Earlier Speciale spent a decade at Grey Advertising’s MediaCom as VP Media Supervisor before the shop was acquired by WPP. He is the father of Donna Speciale, the former top buyer at Publicis Groupe’s MediaVest and now president of sales at Turner Broadcasting. 

“I was retired and watching TV when a commercial featuring Vincent Van Gogh caught my complete attention,” said Speciale. “I said to myself, that’s the kind of firm I’d like to work with.” 

“We are fortunate to have Michael on our team,” said Quillin President Tim Quillin. Quillin clients include Pizza Hut, Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, America First Credit Union, Tower of Jewels and the Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram auto dealership.
