REVOLVING DOOR: Omelet Hires Katrin Tenhaaf As Partner, Head of Client Services, Promotes Josie Brown To Partner, Head Of Biz Dev

Omelet LA added two executives to its senior leadership team by hiring Katrin Tenhaaf as partner and head of client services and promoting Josie Brown to partner and head of business development. Tenhaaf most recently served as global group account director at TBWA\Chiat\Day. Tenhaaf has more than 15 years of account and client leadership experience at global agencies, including Ogilvy & Mather London and Amsterdam, BBDO and 180LA. Her work has spanned 60 countries and includes brands like Adidas, Dove, Heineken, ING, Johnnie Walker, Sony and Visa. At Omelet, Tenhaaf provides account leadership for clients such as Microsoft, AT&T and Coca-Cola. Previously serving as senior account director, Brown has led global campaigns for Moet & Chandon's first global spot and Betsy's Best, a new line of gourmet and all-natural nut and seed butters that mark the company's first co-owned brand, developed under Omelet Brands. Brown has produced work in more than 30 markets, for brands like L'Oreal Paris, Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Colgate, Sony Ericsson, Adidas, T-Mobile and Revlon. In her new position, Brown is responsible for growing the company's client roster. "Both Josie and Katrin bring the right mix of global experience with cultural compatibility," said Sean McNamara, chief strategy officer of Omelet. "These additions to our leadership team will be invaluable as we evolve our model and scale to the next period of hyper-growth."
