The Guardian is exploring wearables as a news gathering tool as well as audience consumption platform, according to Guardian group product manager Tom Grinsted. He said the Guardian was exploring a variety of ways news could be consumed on devices such as smartwatches and Google Glass. The Guardian is also considering how wearables can create news content.
