In the last 12 months, the agency’s employee growth has grown 50 percent to encompass more than 255 creatives, engineers and strategists working across offices in New York City, San Francisco, London and the Philippines. The agency has significantly expanded its client roster this year, with the addition of new accounts including Burger King, Bloomberg, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Vogue, NBC Universal, Motel 6 and Rockwell Group.

"The agency is going through a tremendous period of growth, so we’re looking to people like Matt, Ross and Laurent to not only keep up with the client demand, but to help fuel our expansion into new markets and disciplines. Each represents the caliber of the team we’ve built here at Code and Theory, and we’re extremely proud to have them on board," said Code and Theory co-founder Dan Gardner.

Anderson will be responsible for driving growth for the agency across all offices, disciplines and markets and will oversee all aspects of corporate strategy, marketing, PR and business development. During his five and a half years at PKT, he’s credited will having helped win numerous clients, including Wendy's, Abbott Nutrition, Red Lobster and Honda. Prior to Publicis, Anderson served as SVP and Director of Business Development at Deutsch.

As Group Creative Director Maupin will work within Code and Theory's Brand Design Group, which services digital agency-of-record clients such as Maybelline New York, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, and Burger King.

Pierre, the new Head of Engineering, has more than 15 years of experience in managing large technology teams and has a particular expertise in complex web infrastructures.
