Rosetta Builds Executive, Operating Teams

Eric Healy, Rosetta’s newly minted CEO, is quickly reshaping his senior staff. Healy was appointed CEO of the agency, part of Razorfish Global, just last week -- and is announcing today a number of new appointments to the firm’s executive and operating leadership teams.

The new Executive Committee members include Tammy Soares, previously a managing partner in Rosetta’s Technology and Telecommunications Industry Group, who becomes Rosetta West Lead. Drew Kurth, previously a partner in Rosetta’s Consumer Products & Retail Industry Group, is named Rosetta East Lead. Sebastian Dreyfus will continue to lead Rosetta Europe in addition to his appointment to the Executive Committee.

Mark Eckman, previously a managing partner in Rosetta’s Consumer Products & Retail Industry Group, will oversee Delivery and Operations. Joe Lozito will continue his role leading Technology and will also oversee all Rosetta solutions, in addition to his appointment to the Executive Committee as chief technology officer and solutions Lead.

And Andy DeNecochea, previously a partner in Rosetta’s Finance and Operations business unit, is named finance lead. Nigel Adams, chief talent officer, is the only holdover from the previous Executive Committee and his title and responsibilities remain the same. The other previous members of Rosetta’s Executive Committee (Tom Adamski, CEO; Scott Sorokin, CSO; and Ariel Marciano, CFO) are now all part of Razorfish Global’s leadership team.

This new group will be responsible for creating the growth strategy for the agency. Their key priorities will be establishing the agency’s strategy for 2015 as well as collaborating with leadership teams across the Razorfish Global network.

“Rosetta has been one of the strongest-performing digital agencies within all of Publicis Groupe over the last year,” said Healy, noting a number of major client wins, “combined with our unique value proposition as an agency able to deliver customer engagement through a combination of customer intelligence, technology and experience. I’m thrilled to welcome each of these individuals to the leadership team and look forward to our continued success and growth.”

Meanwhile, new members to Rosetta’s Operating Committee -- which is responsible for executing the strategy set forth by the Executive Committee -- include Alex Mahernia, chief creative officer; David Worth, global strategic planning; Eli Grant, growth operations; Paul Elliott, innovation & thought leadership; Nick Hahn, Rosetta Consulting; Jason Tabeling, paid, owned and earned media; Mike Chenelle, agency operations; and Kim McFetridge, people & culture.

All leaders will report directly to Healy.
