    I once took a whitewater rafting trip in the Grand Tetons. Our guide was a prototypical taciturn Wyoming cowboy. Turned out he used to be a copywriter for Hal Riney in San Francisco. At first I didn't believe him, but he started ticking off the names of people at Riney and other SF shops. Said he came up to the mountains once and never returned.
