Omnicom's DAS Acquires TLGG

The DAS Group of Companies, part of Omnicom Group, confirmed Monday that it has acquired digital agency Torben, Lucie und die gelbe Gefahr (TLGG). Terms were not disclosed.

Based in Berlin, in addition to a menu of digital agency services, the shop also has a strategic consulting practice. Its clients include Astra, E.ON, HUK Coburg, Lufthansa and Spotify.

According to the firms, the deal gives TLGG the ability to draw from DAS’s data insight, technology and creative expertise, to expand its offering to clients, as well as gain access to DAS’s global network.

DAS clients will benefit from TLGG’s digital transformation skills and change management model, now accessible on a global scale.

TLGG will work in “close cooperation” with DAS’ CRM specialist Rapp, the firms said.
