Havas Elevates Three To Managing Partner

Havas Worldwide is demonstrating its commitment to collaboration and teamwork by promoting not just one but three executives to lead Havas Worldwide New York. Tim Maleeny, Sean Lyons, and Matt Weiss are all promoted to managing partners, responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the New York office.

The trio is tasked with enhancing the agency’s offering to clients, developing talent, and optimizing opportunities for collaboration between the sibling entities that make up Havas Village New York. At the same time, Maleeny, Lyons, and Weiss will also continue in their existing roles as chief strategy officer NY, global chief digital officer, and global chief marketing officer, respectively. They will report to Andrew Benett, global CEO, Havas Worldwide and Havas Creative Group.

"They possess the energy, vision, and passion for talent required to build an even more dynamic and successful agency," says Benett. "This new structure is a natural evolution for the management of New York, given their existing partnership and their commitment to collaborative and innovative thinking, an approach that has already set us apart as a network.”
