Bob Raidt has elevated to the new role of global president of Arc, the brand activation agency that’s part of Publicis Groupe’s Leo Burnett. Raidt will oversee business strategy and operations in the U.S. and globally with a focus on building the capability, connectivity and performance of the shop.
Raidt is a 20-year veteran of Burnett and has worked on a number of blue chip clients including McDonald's, Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola, where he collaborated closely with Arc. Since 2013, he has served as worldwide account director for Leo Burnett's Samsung business. In 2014, Raidt led Leo Burnett to retain its global agency of record status in Samsung's global agency pitch competition.
"Bob is not only one of our agency's most senior global account leaders, but also one of our most skilled, proven champions for the creative product as a business driver," said Tom Bernardin, CEO, Leo Burnett Worldwide. "I anticipate great things as Bob applies his excellent skills as a true collaborator and brand builder to Arc."
Raidt will be based in Chicago. Arc's U.S. management team includes Managing Creative Director, Jim Carlton; Retail Practice & Innovation Lead, Nick Jones, and Lead Strategist and P&G Business Lead, Karuna Rawal.
Said Raidt: "Arc possesses robust, proven brand activation capabilities and I look forward to working with our talented Arc teams around the world to develop exceptional creative product to help our clients achieve their business goals."
