You Can Go Home Again: T3 Lures Back Executive Jennifer Mollo

She just couldn't stay away. Independent digital agency The Think Tank (T3) has lured back executive Jennifer Mollo, appointing her to the newly created post of executive director of client relations.

Her responsibilities will focus on managing relationships with senior client leadership and supporting business development efforts at the agency. She reports to Keith Johnston, T3’s COO. 

Mollo returns to T3 from R/GA where she served as group account director. Previously, she served as a Senior Consultant/Director of Agency management operations at Dell. Before joining Dell, Mollo was senior vice president, director of client services at T3, where she was responsible for managing clients such as UPS, Dell, JCPenney, and Universal.

Mollo’s breadth of experience led to the agency to tap her for the position. The agency realized it needed someone to fill a strategic role dedicated to managing client relationships which in many cases have expanded beyond interacting with the CMO,  to include engagements with Chief Information Officers, Chief Experience Officers, Product Managers and IT executives.

Commenting on the hire, T3 CEO Gay Gaddis said that Mollo’s “years of experience working on both the agency and client side of the business makes her the perfect person to lead our client relations team.”

Founded by in 1989, T3 is an independent agency with headquarters in Austin, and offices in New York City and San Francisco.
