Roku has added voice search to its top-tier Roku 3 model, expanding its ability to search for movies and TV shows across multiple streaming services. The feature is activated via a button on the unit's new remote control. It allows users to search for movies, TV shows, actors and directors across about 250,000 movies and TV episodes, and lists by price from top streaming channels. Users can search by channel name, spanning 2,000-plus streaming channels available on the platform such as Netflix, Hulu Plus, Amazon Instant Video, HBO Go, YouTube, Vudu and M-Go.
