Google Celebrates TrueView Video Ad Birthday With Larger Link Boxes

Google has launched "info cards" on TrueView ads on YouTube to allow brands to provide links to other videos related to the ad, or to their website. The launch coincides with the five-year anniversary of TrueView, a feature that advertisers are only charged for their ad when a user chooses to watch it for longer than 30 seconds. Users can opt to skip the ad. The "info cards" are rectangular boxes that appear on the screen when someone is watching an ad, and are automatically formatted to fit mobile screens.
