IPG's Rapport Gets New U.S. Leader

Chris Ferranti has been promoted to the role of SVP, Managing Director U.S. of Rapport, the Interpublic out-of-home planning and buying agency.

Previously the agency’s U.S. offices were overseen by Mike Cooper in his role as head of North American operations. In July Cooper was promoted to Global CEO.

Ferranti, who will report to Cooper, was previously VP/Director East Coast, with oversight of the New York office. He’s credited with doubling the revenues of that office over the last two years.

As U.S. head, Ferranti will oversee Rapport offices in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Detroit. The agency is part of the IPG Mediabrands division.

Commenting on the promotion Cooper said: “Chris has an outstanding track record at Rapport, having been pivotal in the winning of agencies such as Deutsch, Mullen Mediahub & Hill Holiday. I’m delighted that our entire U.S. operation will now benefit from that experience and expertise.”
