Pharmaceutical research firm Industry Standard Research is out with a new report, Healthcare Advertising Agency Quality Benchmarking, which examines ad agencies and their ability to serve healthcare clients. Making the list are Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare, FCB, Havas Life, McCann, Ogilvy, TBWA/World Health and many others.
With regard to the report and its purpose, Industry Standard Research CEO Kevin Olson said: "Due to the sheer number of available ad agencies and the variety of services offered from provider to provider, selecting an ad agency is not easy. However, this report uncovers who the leaders are in the health ad agency space and provides valuable peer-based insights on ad agency service quality. The 68 agencies included in this report were evaluated across 31 discrete attributes, from quality of delivery to experience of creative team. GSW and Saatchi & Saatchi both excelled in these two categories and also offered the most innovative solutions, the attribute respondents rated most important when selecting an agency."
The report was released to help healthcare brands make more informed decisions about engaging an agency. For ad agencies, the report provides a means to evaluate their own service offering and capabilities based on service quality ratings from buyers of their services.
