McGarryBowen, part of Dentsu, is putting in place a U.S. leadership team for the
first time.
The new U.S. team includes Simon Pearce as U.S. CEO, Ned Crowley, U.S chief creative officer and U.S. Chief Strategic Officer Jennifer Zimmerman. That team will oversee the
agency's offices in New York, Chicago, San Francisco and San Antonio.
"This new leadership model reflects our core belief in delivering iconic creative work that builds our
clients' businesses, and also allows me to concentrate on growing and developing our offering on a global scale," stated Gordon Bowen, global chairman.
Pearce first joined the New York
office of mcgarrybowen in March 2015 as president. Before that he was at Omnicom/BBDO, where he oversaw the global HP account.
Crowley joined the agency in 2007 and was responsible
for growing the Chicago office from a two-person shop into a 230+ employee operation.

mcgarrybowen's strategic philosophy across its global network.
This new team is also designed to help the agency compete globally by providing more connected and cohesive U.S. support to
international clients.
