New York-based ad group Meet The People announced its expansion into the
South with the acquisition of The Loomis Agency a Dallas-based shop serving challenger brands and its digital marketing arm, Iluminere. Terms weren’t disclosed.
With the deal MTP expands
to 12 brands and over 850 employees across North America.

“This acquisition completes a key milestone in our U.S. build-out,” stated Tim Ringel, Meet The People Founder and
Global CEO. “Dallas is home to a large concentration of major and mid-sized companies, and Loomis gives us a strong foundation there in a market that is critical to our growth and to the
offering we bring clients and investors alike.”
Both Loomis and Iluminere will will retain their brand identities and client relationships. Mike Sullivan will continue as
CEO.
