In Mobile Marketing Daily's April 4 story Target's
Cartwheel Coupon App Debuts, More Serious Approach To Savings, the article stated that the Cartwheel app connects to beacons, which is inaccurate. Target is currently piloting beacons in a number
of stores, but hasn't deployed them to all locations.
The article also stated that the new digital manufacturer coupons available will stack on top of Cartwheel offers. However,
it's also not very likely that a DMC and a Cartwheel offer will be available at the same time, but print versions of existing DMC's will stack on Cartwheel offers.
