Noble People Taps Droga5's Tamera Geddes As Managing Director

Industry veteran is fleeing from the creative agency side to become managing director at media buying and planning agency, Noble People.

In this newly created position, she joins upper management alongside Noble People’s three co-founders Greg March and Lindsay Lustberg, both formerly of Wieden+Kennedy, and Todd Alchin, a former Crispin Porter + Bogusky executive, along with president of Noble People’s LA office, Jason Clement.

She will focus on new business and internal operations, taking her background in account management on the traditional creative agency side and applying it to Noble People’s creative media ethos, says the agency.

Geddes has spent over 12 years in the advertising business, both on the client and agency sides. Most recently she served as group account director at Droga5 working with clients Uniqlo, Diet Coke and Smartwater. Previously she worked at Wieden+Kennedy New York where she first met Noble People CEO, Greg March.

"There are only so many media people that have been inculcated in the creative process at the best agencies in the world,” says March. "Working together at Wieden, there was no one better at making sure the media perspective was valued inside the creative process. Now she'll make sure the creative perspective is intertwined in the media process."

Based in New York and LA, Noble People specializes in communications strategy, buying and planning. Clients include PayPal, Braintree, Fresh Direct, Honest Tea and Venmo.
