AT&T is putting some of its various properties together to help show some love to its current customers.
The telecom this week launched “AT&T thanks,” an
appreciation program that uses the combination of its wireless, Internet and TV services to offer benefits, perks and experiences.
"We're always looking for ways to say
‘thank you,’” an AT&T representative tells Marketing Daily. "This program has been in the works for several months. “Multiple offers will exist under the
AT&T thanks program.”
Among the rewards AT&T will be offering (beginning the summer) are: “Ticket Twosdays,” through which customers can receive a free movie
ticket (via a coupon code from AT&T) when they purchase one at full price for a Tuesday screening; Live Nation priority pre-sale access and exclusive experiences; and unique content for DirecTV
subscribers. In addition, the company will also create personalized offers for customers that include live event tickets, device and accessory perks, and data giveaways.

The program will
be available to all AT&T contract customers “in good standing,” and will not require registrations for extra fees, according to the representative. The company will share details with
customers through a variety of channels as programs launch, she says.
"We will be proactive with customers,” she says. “We don't have a stated end date for the offers
we announced today under AT&T thanks. It will evolve over time.”
