KBS Attention Launches Content Shop

Attention, KBS’ social arm, is opening a new Los Angeles-based influencer studio starting July 1.

The 5,000 sq. ft. facility will include working space, production facility, and other resources that creators and brands can tap to develop content.

Social media influencers Patrick Janelle and The Infatuation team have agreed to participate in the effort.

Unlike other influencer offerings, Attention will not represent talent in the traditional sense or require them sign to exclusive deals. Instead, they’ll bring the creators into content and creative development discussions with the brand.

This move is designed to leverage Attention's expertise within the social media space at a time when an increasing number of brands believe they need to incorporate influencers into their marketing strategy.

The Attention leadership team will oversee the new unit with George Olexa serving as managing director. There will be 10 agency staffers dedicated to the new influencer offering at start, and the facility itself can house up to 100 creators in any given time.
