Criteo Completes Acquisition Of HookLogic

Ad-tech company Criteo on Thursday said it has completed its deal to acquire HookLogic, whose platform is used by customers to reach in-market shoppers, drive traffic to products and attribute resulting sales.

The addition of HookLogic's team and technology, coupled with Criteo’s recent launch of Predictive Search, enables Criteo to focus on delivering customers a complete portfolio of performance marketing solutions, Eric Eichmann, Criteo CEO, said.

Criteo said HookLogic’s performance marketing technology will help strengthen Criteo's performance marketing platform and expand its efforts to offer a personalized advertising experience.
