It’s going to be a cold, cold Christmas at ITV. The broadcaster is forecasting a 7% year-on-year drop in fourth-quarter advertising revenues owing to caution from advertisers amid an
uncertain political climate. The UK’s biggest commercial broadcaster, home to shows, such as Victoria and The X Factor, reported a 4% drop in advertising revenue for
the third quarter yesterday.
