In a study of 1 million corporate domains, only 60,000 had made any attempt at DMARC email authentication, and of those, only a quarter actually had enforcement mechanisms in place, according to
a report released today by ValiMail. DMARC -- domain-based message authentication, reporting and conformance -- is an open standard that helps secure domains against impersonation.
