Havas Group continues to refine its operating structure.
Just months after creating new management roles designed to more
closely align its creative and media groups in top markets, the firm has now decided to roll those operations into a single P&L along with its recently revamped healthcare business by region.
The firm also said Dominique Delport,
Havas Media Group's global managing director and UK/France chairman, has been appointed global managing director and chief client officer, Havas Group. In the new role, he will oversee global client
relationships, marketing initiatives and new business.

Delport said the new structure would better enable Havas to develop “new offers and new services that blend the best of both
worlds: relentless creativity and smart media accountability.”
The moves come amid a continuing reshuffling of management in the North America region, following the departure of Andrew Benett in late January as Havas CEO Yannick Bollore continues to put his stamp on the
organization. Toygar Bazarkaya, Chief Creative Officer of the Americas is leaving and Jason Peterson, U.S. creative chairman and Paul Marobella, CEO Havas Chicago Group, will jointly lead creative
U.S. efforts for now.
Havas also confirmed that Jorge Percovich has been promoted to CEO Havas Latam Group and will lead creative and media operations in the region. Previously, he led the
Latin America media operation. And Mike Amour, who had led the Asia-Pacific creative group will now oversee both creative and media operations in the region.
