Real Simple Style has 22 jewelry products for sale on its site. One of the collections is Mother’s Day-themed, with necklaces and earrings plated in silver, platinum or gold, all priced under $50.
This fall, Real Simple Style will expand with a line of handbags, wearable technology and other “trend-focused, solution-driven accessories,” per the company.
Ads for Real Simple Style will run in Real Simple magazine and other Time Inc. brands, some of which will appear in June issues.
Leslie Yazel, editor-in-chief of Real Simple, said the accessories collection aims to be uncomplicated and easy to wear.
“We are simplifying the sometimes mystifying process of choosing which jewelry and accessories to layer and mix—it's all part of the Real Simple mission to make getting dressed each day simpler and more fun for modern women," Yazel told Publishers Daily.
"So many of our readers look to us as an authority on everyday solutions—this is a way to further simplify, streamline and beautifully curate our consumers’ lives,” she added.
She said the expansion into this e-commerce business “gives our consumers products that are simple and practical combined with the trust of the Real Simple mission and brand."
Last month, Real Simple launched a cleaning product line called Real Simple Clean. The brand has also previously collaborated with Bed Bath & Beyond on bedding, furniture and storage products, and 1-800 Flowers to design floral arrangements and seasonal gifts.
