Dalton Agency Merges With Bill Hudson Agency In Nashville

Dalton Agency is merging its Nashville office with Bill Hudson Agency (BHA) to become DaltonHudson in the burgeoning Tennessee city. Terms weren't disclosed.

The 100-person advertising agency currently operates seven locations in the Southeast offering public relations (PR), advertising and digital marketing services.

BHA, founded 54 years ago, has a combination of national and local accounts, and is perhaps best known for its marketing support of 236 McDonald’s restaurants in four Southern regions. BHA's current leadership will remain in place and will join Dalton Agency's management team.

The two shops have been friendly for many years both serving as members of co-op marketing groups that served different McDonald’s territories.

“We believe ourselves to be unique in our ability to both act as a boutique agency for entrepreneurial clients, and yet have the capabilities and expertise to successfully partner with leading international brands," says Jim Dalton, CEO, Dalton Agency. "Combining our forces with them is not only a win for us as an agency, but a win for our clients.”
