
Minneapolis-based ad agency Periscope has reached an
agreement to acquire marketing and analytics firm Anthem Marketing Solutions for an undisclosed price.
With the acquisition of Chicago-based Anthem, Periscope adds both data and
analytics strategy expertise and additional executive firepower.
Anthem founder John Keenan, who previously worked with various agencies, including Wunderman and Leo Burnett, will join
Periscope’s executive committee in the newly created role of EVP/Marketing Analytics.
Anthem Partner Chris Carroll is also staying on board and will become the managing director of
the combined firm’s Chicago office, which is being expanded into a full-service agency arm.

agency’s CEO, Liz Ross.
