In the wake of the latest terror attacks in London, tech giants are pushing back against accusations that they facilitate such events. Specifically, Prime Minister Theresa May said social networks
provide a “safe space" for terrorist ideology, BBC News reports. “But Google said it had already spent hundreds of millions of pounds on tackling the problem [while] Facebook and Twitter
said they were working hard to rid their networks of terrorist activity and support.”
