Meredith Xcelerated Marketing (MXM) has appointed Lisa Charlebois  executive creative director to oversee the Los Angeles creative department for the digital agency arm of the publisher. She replaces Justin Prough who left MXM in 2016. 

Charlebois reports to creative operations officer Dan Davenport.

Prior to joining MXM, Charlebois was VP, group creative director at SapientRazorfish. Over her career, she has worked at GolinHarris, Ogilvy & Mather in New York and Los Angeles, as well as Digitas, OgilvyOne and Proximity, a division of BBDO Canada.
