Minneapolis Agency Broadhead Doubles Down On Creative Talent

 

Minneapolis-based agency Broadhead, best known for its data, AI and strategy offering is doubling down on its creative capabilities. 

Earlier this year it hired its first Chief Creative Officer Gil Muiños who was previously with Colle McVoy.

Now the agency is bulking up further with six additional creative hires, including: 

  • Chris Howe, creative director, formerly with Mono, Best Buy Brand In-house and Fallon. 

  • Andy Masur, associate creative director, an alum of Haberman, Maytag In-house and Leo Burnett Chicago 

  • Colleen Muraca, social creative strategist, former creative director for comedian Charlie Berens and Cripes Inc. 

  • Emily Rudie, senior copywriter, formerly with Haberman 

  • Stephen Pisano, art director, previously with Leo Burnett Chicago 

  • Adeline Meyer, Content Creator  

Over the past year, Broadhead launched a proprietary suite of AI-powered, data-driven tools that has accelerated insights, sharpened creative, and improved client outcomes, according to the agency.   

“We’re building the kind of tech-enabled creative excellence clients need in the coming environment,” said agency founder and CEO Dean Broadhead.  

Recently added clients include Thermo Bond, Tetra Pak, and LifeSource, all of which are launching work later this year.
