
Havas Group has purchased healthcare specialty
company SO What Global, which is being grouped with the firm’s existing agency Health For Brands London as part of a new entity known as Havas SO Group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The new group will provide a range of services in the health sector, including creative, digital and PR.
With a focus on health, well-being and lifestyle, So What Global states on its
website that it has worked with clients such as GSK, Pfizer, Novartis, Roche, P&G, RB, Nestle, World Rugby, The Economist and others. Separate agencies within the acquired group include SO Healthy
and SO Active.
Following the acquisition, the management team of Scott A. Clark and Oliver Parsons-SO's co-founders and managing partners-will continue to manage the operation reporting
to Donna Murphy, CEO of Havas Health & You, a consolidated health care-related division that Havas Group formed in March.
