InnoCare Ltd., a Toronto-based firm, has introduced Engage, an automated email-marketing system designed to increase revenue for healthcare clinics.
Clinicians can use Engage to recommend appropriate healthcare products and cross-refer them to clinic services, the company said.
In addition, clinics can send trigger-based emails at every stage of the patient’s treatment, based on data pulled from the firm’s InnoCare Charting+, it added.
Emails can also be sent to encourage patients who self-discharge to complete treatment, reminding them of appointments and to follow up when missed.
The content of the automated emails is based on recommendations made by the clinician during appointments, the firm added.
Patient falloff is “a critical issue for clinics,” stated InnoCare CEO Heather Shantora.
InnoCare specializes in the healthcare market. It also provides cloud-based practice management software, back-office support and other services to independent clinic owners across Canada.
