Gravyty, a provider of artificial intelligence-based fundraising software, has released First Draft, an application that helps craft and send personalized emails to donors, the company says.
First Draft deploys machine learning to learn about the fundraiser and uses these insights to personalize drafts.
Advances in AI allow the fundraiser to determine “which donors to email, when to email them, and what to email them about, says Adam Martel, CEO and cofounder at Gravyty.
First Draft can be used with numerous fundraising databases, including Blackbaud, Ellucian, ROI Solutions, Salesforce and Abil, the firm adds.
The technology drives “personalization at scale,” says Jere Doyle, executive director of Edmund H. Shea Jr. Center for Entrepreneurship at Boston College and managing director at Sigma Prime Ventures.
